Senior IT Project Manager – EHR Implementation

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation for the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare IT/project management experience and a proven history of leading EHR/EMR implementations, particularly projects involving the transition from paper-based charting to electronic records.
Required:
- Active PMI PMP certification held for at least 5 years
- Copy of valid PMP certification must be provided with submission
- 7–9+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong EHR/EMR implementation experience
- Healthcare IT / Health Informatics experience
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, stakeholders, and vendors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
- Large-scale healthcare or government IT implementation experience
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, RAID logs, testing, training, and go-live activities
